Executive Transportation
Job Duties
Safely transport clients to and from their destinations while following all traffic laws and company safety standards.
Provide exceptional customer service by greeting passengers professionally, assisting with luggage, opening doors when appropriate, and ensuring each client has a comfortable and enjoyable ride.
Maintain a polished, professional appearance at all times while wearing the required company dress code.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and operating safely. Report any maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
Keep vehicles clean and presentation-ready inside and out before each assignment.
Arrive early for scheduled trips, monitor traffic and weather conditions, and plan routes to ensure timely arrivals.
Maintain communication with dispatch regarding trip updates, schedule changes, delays, or client needs using a smartphone and company communication systems.
Safely load, unload, and handle passenger luggage and other belongings with care.
Adapt to changing schedules, last-minute requests, and varying client needs while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
Represent Executive Transportation with integrity, professionalism, and courtesy at all times.
Maintain passenger confidentiality and exercise discretion, especially when transporting corporate and executive clients.
Follow all company policies, DOT regulations (when applicable), and vehicle operating procedures.
Perform other transportation-related duties as assigned.
Minimum Education Required
High School Diploma/GED
Minimum Experience Required
Valid driver\'s license (Class D required)
Clean driving record
Clean background check
Ability to lift 50-75lbs (typically luggage for airport transfers)
25 years of age or older
Must have required professional attire (Black Fitted Suit, pants and jacket, white dress shirt, black tie, and black dress shoes)
Must have current smartphone & Bluetooth
Careful, confident driver with good sense of direction Lives in or near Minneapolis, MN

Additional Compensation
Compensation is based on a competitive hourly rate plus an 18% service charge on every reservation, with total earnings typically ranging from $25 to $45+ per hour, depending on the trip and experience.
