Job Summary : We are looking for a Service Valet to join our team! The right candidate is reliable, has excellent driving skills and a clean Motor Vehicle Record. The day-to-day duties of this role include greeting customers coming in for service, checking in and parking customer vehicles, transporting customers in company shuttle, providing excellent customer service.

Compensation

• $18 per hour 40 hours per week with occasional overtime

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers that come in for service with a welcoming and positive attitude
• Checking in customer vehicles, vacuuming and putting in seat and floor covers to protect the vehicles interior and then parking customer vehicles 

• Transport customers to and from their destination in a professional and safe manner in company shuttle

• Assist passengers in and out of shuttle while keeping a timely shuttle route without delays

• Run errands for the dealership as directed

• Maintaining a clean appearance of the service drive area

• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers at all times

• Employ good judgment, safe driving skills, abide by all traffic regulations

• Notify service manager of any servicing the shuttle vehicle may require, such as oil changes, tires, cleaning, and general maintenance

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent

• Excellent driving skills, valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle record

• Professional appearance, good work ethic and being reliable
