As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, your role is to ensure our guests enjoy a quality dining experience that will allow them to be productive and stay strong when they are away from home. Get paid daily Responsibilities Assist with training, coaching, mentoring and scheduling. Support employees in the restaurant and room service to ensure guests are receiving attentive and efficient service. Proactively engage in conversation with guests, seeking feedback about their stay and their dining experience. Apply problem solving skills to resolve guest issues or complaints to their satisfaction. Monitor all food and beverage deliveries for portion control, quality and presentation. Ensure that food handling and safety guidelines are followed, including kitchen logs.
