Payment Posting Manager

Overseeing payment posting activities within the physician revenue cycle, the full-time remote Payment Posting Manager will ensure accurate posting of payments, adjustments, and denials while maintaining compliance with HIPAA and PCI standards. Key responsibilities: Ensure accurate and timely posting of EOBs, ERAs, patient payments, refunds, adjustments, and denials according to client agreements Recruit, train, and manage payment posting staff while establishing performance benchmarks and monitoring KPIs Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to streamline workflows and resolve payment-related issues Required qualifications: High School Diploma or GED; college degree preferred 5+ years of experience in physician revenue cycle management with a focus on payment posting or cash application 2+ years of supervisory or management experience Strong proficiency with EOB/ERA formats and payer adjudication processes Experience with major EHR/PM systems such as Cerner, Epic, or Athenahealth
