Trident Consulting is seeking a " Leave & Accommodations Specialist ” for one of our clients in " Aliso Viejo , CA” A global leader in business and technology services.

Pay Range $50-$53.51/hr. on W2

Location: Aliso Viejo , CA

Type: W2 Contract

Duration: 6 Months

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Leave of Absence (LOA) administration including eligibility, documentation, return-to-work, and employee communication.
• Handle workplace accommodations and support the interactive process with employees, managers, HR, and vendors.
• Coordinate workers’ compensation claims, investigations, and return-to-work planning.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local leave/accommodation laws.
• Maintain accurate records, HRIS updates, reporting, and case documentation.
• Partner with HRBPs, Payroll, Benefits, Legal, and external vendors for smooth case management.
• Support employee communications, training, and process improvements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Leave of Absence and/or Accommodations administration.
• Workers’ Compensation experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. leave laws, accommodations process, and compliance practices.
• Experience working with HRIS systems, case management tools, and Microsoft 365.
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
