We’re hiring a Manufacturing Planner who can keep production moving.
This role owns the schedule, materials, and flow of work through the shop.
What you’ll do:
- Build and manage daily/weekly production schedules
- Release jobs and create work orders
- Coordinate materials, purchasing, and inventory
- Track job progress and adjust schedules in real time
- Work closely with production, sales, and shipping
- Keep ERP (JobBOSS or similar) accurate and up to date
What we need:
- Manufacturing planning or scheduling experience
- Strong organization and problem-solving skills
- Good math and data skills (Excel required)
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple jobs at once
- High accountability — you own the schedule
Bonus if you have:
- Sign manufacturing, metals, or fabrication experience
- ERP experience (JobBOSS or similar)
