What You Bring to the Table Education & Experience:

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.

• Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in mechanical or electronic maintenance (military technical training strongly welcomed).

• strong aptitude for analytical troubleshooting and quick learning

Physical & Operational Requirements:

• Ability to stand consistently for up to 10 hours per day and lift up to 50 lbs continuously.

• Willingness to work weekends and up to 8 hours of voluntary/scheduled overtime per week.

Responsibilities

Your Impact & Core Responsibilities

As an Equipment Maintenance Technician, you are the backbone of our operational success. You will keep our facility running efficiently by mastering high-level maintenance and troubleshooting.

• Troubleshoot & Repair: Diagnose complex mechanical and electronic equipment issues to minimize downtime.

• Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine scheduled maintenance following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• System Monitoring: Actively track equipment performance signals and resolve operational anomalies.

• Precision Logging & Pass-Down: Maintain accurate shift logs and conduct clear end-of-shift pass-downs to ensure seamless cross-shift communication.

• Vendor & Engineer Collaboration: Partner with senior personnel, engineers, and OEM equipment vendors to solve tough breakdown challenges.

• Mentorship & Quality: Maintain and optimize SOPs while helping train and upskill junior technicians.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment
• manual lifting up to 50lbs
• standing for 10 hours at one time
• working up to 8 hrs of overtime per week
• working weekends
