Customer Service RepresentativeResponsible for all communications with customers, both by phone as well as by e-mail/contact form.Responsibilities:Answers incoming online sales phone callsPromotes and sells products and/or services to meet customer needsCommunicates with customers in a timely manner order related issuesMakes customers aware of related products when assisting with ordersAssists in keeping parts department clean and orderlyAssists in maintaining all departmental tools and equipmentMaintains a safe working environment and adheres to company safety program at all timesPerforms other duties as assignedExperience, Education, Skills and Knowledge:Good communication skills, friendly, and approachableGeneral knowledge of parts and machineryTeam player with a collaborative attitudeStrong multi-tasking abilityBasic data entry and keyboarding skillsAbility to use the John Deere Parts Catalog computer applicationForklift operation experience is a plusAbility to lift items weighing up to 75 lbs.Pay Range: $17.00 - $20.00 per hourBenefits: We offer a competitive wage and benefit package including health, dental, vision, life, disability, accident, and critical illness insurance along with paid time off, 401(k), cell phone allowance, safety item reimbursements, AHW branded clothing, and training.
