What You’ll Do

• Perform high-quality structural and non-structural collision repairs.

• Complete frame and unibody straightening using state-of-the-art computerized digital measuring systems.

• Repair and replace damaged body panels, bumpers, grilles, and trim.

• Execute clean MIG welding, STRSW, and manufacturer-approved structural repair procedures.

• Manage vehicle teardowns (disassembly) and reassembly with accuracy.

• Prepare vehicles meticulously for the refinishing team.

• Repair a diverse mix of vehicles, including passenger cars, SUVs, light trucks, and fleet/commercial vehicles.

• Achieve productivity goals while maintaining absolute adherence to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience: Proven experience working as a body technician in a professional collision repair shop or dealership environment.

• Skills: Proficient in both structural and non-structural vehicle repairs; welding experience is required.

• Tools: Must own a professional set of body repair tools.

• Certifications: I-CAR or ASE certifications are highly preferred (but we will fund continuing education for the right candidate).

• Attributes: Strong attention to detail, high dependability, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.

90-Day Performance Bonus Criteria

To successfully complete the probationary period and receive the $2,000 performance bonus, the ideal candidate must:

1. Remain actively employed through the full 90-day period.

2. Maintain excellent attendance with no unexcused absences.

3. Consistently demonstrate safe work practices and a collaborative team attitude.

4. Produce high-quality work that meets shop standards with zero preventable comebacks.

5. Meet or exceed agreed-upon productivity and flat-rate hour expectations.
