Warehouse Supervisor

Report to Warehouse Manager and work with General Manager 30 employees on team Role: 7:30am- 5pm / M-F onsite Required Experience: Work with commodities in recent jobs. Experience with a barcode system. Experience in distribution companies. 4+ years in a Leadership role Manage a team Hire or Term employees Worked with Senior Management. Warehouse improvements Work with FedEx and UPS and shipping systems in following shipping guidelines. Desired Experience Request: Experience or understanding of chargebacks with retailers. Experience with contract negotiations with UPS & Fed Ex. Experience with E-commerce orders Experience with big box retailers. Duties: Communicate and execute policy and processes for warehouse employees Cross train team in various roles Assist in implementing scanners for inventory processing Assist in ERP changes Reviews process for better improvements Assist in implementation of new technologies Work on cutting back on expenses Review invoices and follow process for Fed Ex and UPS Follow and implement all WH and company policies.
