Physical Therapist - Outpatient Orthopedics | Brookhaven, PA | Up to $126K + $5K Sign-On Bonus

Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and assess patients with orthopedic conditions to develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions for outpatient orthopedic cases
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment protocols to optimize outcomes
- Document patient care in accordance with regulatory standards and clinic policies
- Collaborate with physicians, healthcare professionals, and interdisciplinary team members
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises, injury prevention, and wellness strategies
- Maintain a predictable Monday through Friday schedule with a mix of early and late shifts
- Participate in continuing education opportunities to advance clinical skills
- Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Pennsylvania (required)
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Orthopedic physical therapy experience preferred but not required
- New graduates are strongly encouraged to apply
