Job Description
The ideal candidate will have experience with repetitive manufacturing operations, basic equipment adjustments, and accurate production reporting, and will maintain safe, efficient, and high-quality output in a 3rd shift environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform repetitive machine or process operations following prescribed routines.
- Follow directions and perform basic adjustments to processes and machinery.
- Record and report production numbers with accuracy and timeliness.
- Operate equipment including packer, palletizer, forklift, mixer, and pellet mill.
- Comply with all safety guidelines and site procedures.
- Maintain housekeeping standards and support team objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Effective communication in one-on-one and group settings.
- Ability to understand, record, and verbalize detailed information accurately.
- Observant, accurate, and capable of following directions with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent punctuality and reliable attendance for 3rd shift.
- Basic math skills for production calculations and documentation.
- Knowledge and compliance with all safety guidelines and procedures.
- Willingness to operate a Toyota ride-on forklift; forklift experience required.
- Steel-toed shoes required.
