Technical Accounting Director: SEC & GAAP Leader | Equity

Conexus

Conexus is seeking a Director of Technical Accounting in a flexible hybrid Lake Forest, CA role. You will own all technical accounting research, policy development, and SEC reporting while partnering with senior leadership to improve processes and controls. The ideal candidate has Big 4 or mid-tier public accounting experience, a CPA license, and deep GAAP/SOX knowledge. You will build a high-performing team and oversee complex transactions including revenue, stock-based compensation, leases, #J-18808-Ljbffr Conexus
