Technical Program Manager

Thomson Reuters Special Services (TRSS) seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager to support a high-visibility, client-focused initiative involving the deployment and sustainment of advanced technical solutions. This role is critical in ensuring alignment between client objectives and TRSS delivery capabilities across engineering, operations, and support functions. About the Role Manage end-to-end technical program delivery across multiple concurrent workstreams Ensure alignment between client objectives and TRSS delivery capabilities Drive program schedules, risk identification, mitigation planning, and issue resolution Serve as primary point of contact for client stakeholders on program status and escalations Coordinate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and support teams Develop and maintain program documentation, status reports, and executive dashboards Lead agile ceremonies and program governance activities Support capture and proposal activities for follow-on work About You 5+ years of technical program or project management experience in government IT or defense sector programs Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-workstream programs in a client-facing environment Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Active U.S. security clearance required; TS/SCI preferred Preferred Qualifications PMP, PgMP, or similar program management certification Experience with agile or SAFe methodologies in government program context Familiarity with TRSS or similar OSINT and intelligence-driven technology platforms What's in it For You?
