Description Clinical Supervisor (Behavioral Health / Substance Use Disorder)

Grand Junction, CO Starting Salary: $72,000+

Sign On Bonus; $5,000 Apply by: July 31, 2026 Make a Difference Every Day New Season Treatment Centers is a national leader in addiction treatment and recovery services, helping individuals overcome Opioid Use Disorder (OUD) through Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), counseling, and comprehensive behavioral healthcare. Were seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead our counseling team, support clinical excellence, and ensure quality patient care at our Grand Junction location.

What Youll Do Provide clinical supervision and support to counselors and clinical staff Ensure compliance with HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, CARF, state, and federal regulations Review and approve clinical documentation Support quality assurance, accreditation, and audit readiness Partner with leadership to improve patient outcomes and staff development Participate in community outreach and professional relationship-building Promote a culture of recovery, compassion, and accountability

Qualifications ✔ Bachelors degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or related field (Masters preferred) ✔ Current CAC-III or LAC in Colorado ✔ 2+ years of leadership, supervisory, or management experience ✔ Experience in behavioral health, mental health, substance use disorder (SUD), addiction treatment, or healthcare preferred ✔ Knowledge of Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), Opioid Treatment Programs (OTP), HIPAA, and clinical best practices
