- Must be willing to travel within our region
- Perform infusion in the home setting
- Assessments/reassessments
- Wound care
- Admissions
- Competencies
- Orientation
- Review and approval of nursing notes
- Perform care as defined by client’s individual Plan of Care and within scope of state’s nurse practice act, in the clients home
- Monitor patient’s condition and complete vitals
- Provide those services requiring substantial and specialized nursing skill.
- Assures proper maintenance of electronic health record compliance with local, state and federal laws.
- Counsels the client and family in meeting nursing and related needs.
- Other RN tasks as needed
- Competitive hourly wages, with weekly pay & direct-deposit.
- Variety of assignments, procedures and treatments.
- One to one patient care.
- Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse license in state for which you are applying.
- 1 year experience.- critical care experience preferred
- IV insertion skills required
- Infusion experience in home or clinical setting
- Physical and TB screen within the last year
- Current CPR certification
- Proof of eligibility to work in the US.
- Reliable car / auto insurance.
- Clean background and criminal record.
