We are seeking a Certified CDJR Service Technician to join our team at Sponsler Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Mt Vernon. In this role, you will utilize your expertise in automotive repair and maintenance to ensure high-quality service for our Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram customers in Mt Vernon, OH.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using manufacturer-provided diagnostic tools.
• Communicate with service advisors to ensure accurate and timely service delivery.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment while adhering to all safety standards.
• Keep up to date with latest automotive technologies and service bulletins.
• Document all services and repairs accurately in the service management system.

Requirements

• Certified Automotive Technician certification specific to Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram (CDJR) vehicles.
• Proven experience working with CDJR brands preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
