NAFI Rhode Island is seeking a part-time Licensed Practical Nurse to support our residential group homes located in Warwick, Pawtucket, Warren and Smithfield. This is a great opportunity for an LPN looking for a flexible part-time schedule. The LPN will work alongside the program's case manager, clinical team, and residential staff.

Responsibilities Include:

• Support safe medication administration and medication management practices, including medication reconciliation and accurate documentation
• Maintain complete, timely, and accurate electronic health records
• Provide practical health education and guidance to youth, families, caregivers, and staff

Desired Qualifications:

• Current and unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse license in the State of Rhode Island
• A caring, dependable, and team-oriented approach to nursing
• Strong organization, communication, and documentation skills
• Comfort working with adolescents in a collaborative residential setting
• Ability to work an approximately 10-hour-per-month flexible schedule, with occasional flexibility for backup consultation or coverage based on program needs Experience
• Previous direct nursing experience is preferred; new LPN graduates are encouraged to apply
• Experience with adolescents, behavioral health, or residential programs is welcomed but not required

Salary/Hourly Rate: $40.00 per hour
