Scheduling Details and Charting

Shift hours/Contract Length: 5x8 1500-2300/ 13 weeks.

Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend

Charting: EPIC experience required

RTO, Block & Special Scheduling Requests: Must submit requests upon submission

Call off Policy: The client may cancel (call off) up to three shifts during a 13-week contract period without incurring charges for the canceled hours.

Holiday Requirement: Must be available to work every other holiday, if needed

Accept First-Time Travelers: Yes

Locals Accepted? Radius Rule: Locals accepted for LPN's at *** less.

Required License and Certifications

Pending License Accepted: No, Must have an active New York Single State LPN license. (NY is not Compact)

Required Certifications: BLS

Required Clinical Skills

Nursing Facility/Nursing Home experience is required.

Behavior Management Techniques

Degenerative Disorders (Alzheimer's, ALS, Parkinson's)

Obtain 12 lead EKG/ECG

Unit Details and Floating

Ratios: 1:10

Unit Details: Nursing Facility/Nursing home

Floating: Will be required to float within skillset

Scrub Color: Any combination of navy blue and white
