Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Welder to join our team. The Welder will be responsible for welding and fitting metal components according to blueprints to produce high-quality safety products.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints to understand project requirements
• Perform welding tasks using MIG welding processes
• Fit and assemble metal components using hand tools and fabrication equipment
• Conduct quality checks using measuring tools
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines

Skills

• Proficiency in MIG welding techniques
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
• Experience with fitting
• Familiarity with operating a forklift and crane for material handling
• Competency in using hand tools for metalworking tasks
• Strong mathematical skills for measurements and calculations

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years MIG welding experience
• Skilled in using hand tools for fabrication
• Experience operating a crane safely
• Mathematical abilities for measurements and calculations
• Familiarity with forklift operations in a manufacturing setting
