Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative care in a Magnet and Level II Trauma facility.
• Demonstrate proficiency in operating room procedures and equipment, including the use of robotic systems.
• Manage patient care in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Respond to emergency situations with decisive actions and adhere to Universal Protocol procedures.
• Float to like units as needed to adapt to changing patient care demands.
• Participate in the maintenance and safety management of the operating room environment.

Qualifications

• Active AK RN license required prior to assignment start; pending license will be considered.
• Minimum of 2 years of operating room experience required in an acute care setting.
• American Heart Association BLS certification required; ACLS and CNOR preferred.
• Proficiency in Epic charting system is essential.
• Proven ability to handle high-stress situations, including trauma and emergency response.
• Familiar with infection control practices and surgical instrument sterilization procedures.
