We're looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Server/Bartender to join our team and help make every guest feel right at home.
What You'll Be DoingAs a Server/Bartender at Pappy's, you'll play a key role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
- Taking orders accurately and efficiently while providing menu recommendations.
- Preparing and serving beverages, including cocktails, beer, and non-alcoholic drinks.
- Delivering food and drinks to tables with attention to detail and timeliness.
- Ensuring a clean and organized workspace, including the bar and dining area.
- Handling payments and transactions with accuracy.
- Collaborating with team members to create a positive and seamless dining experience.
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
- At least 3 years of experience as a server and/or bartender in a restaurant or similar setting.
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with guests and team members.
- A customer-focused mindset with a passion for hospitality.
- Knowledge of food and beverage service, including drink preparation and menu familiarity.
- A professional and reliable work ethic.
