The Marketing Support Specialist is a role within the marketing team and the Local Performance Marketing Team. The Marketing Support Specialist will report to the Marketing Support Manager. The successful candidate will have a basic understanding of marketing tactics and tools, be driven, have an aptitude for learning and demonstrate superior customer service skills. This position provides effective evaluation of franchise owner needs and, in all cases, uses good judgment and timeliness in responding to and resolving each issue to the franchisees’ satisfaction. Resolution includes but is not limited to the following: Identify, research, and resolves problems, timely response to telephone calls and email requests for support. The position also requires accurate documentation and monitoring of the franchise owner inquiry to ensure a timely resolution. Bring Your Experience And Be Empowered To Innovate. As a Marketing Support Specialist on the Marketing team, a typical day for you will include: Build a strong working knowledge of internal and external marketing platforms and systems. Support franchise owners with product training, knowledge, and expertise. Respond to support requests via phone or email, and sometimes with video call. Keep accurate records of all support requests, internal research and applied resolutions using the appropriate ticketing system. Bring Your Skills And Be Inspired To Achieve Success. Experience: Preferred internship or work with a relevant business, industry or system experience, which provides the necessary skills, knowledge and abilities. Skills: Sense of pride and ownership in your performance and its impact on company’s success. Friendly, strong customer focus; service-oriented attitude. Demonstrated ability to learn new software applications and train new users on the same. Outstanding communication skills (written and verbal). Ability and proficiency in the use of computers and company standard software and other marketing platforms/tools as may be necessary. Highly organized and detail-oriented. Tech savvy and enthusiastic fast learner. Ability to multitask - Sense of urgency; maintain a positive attitude Education: Four-year college degree in Marketing or related field Schedule / in-office requirements: Hybrid working model required; Monday-Wednesday in office, Thursday/Friday from home.
