Client Care Specialist

Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management Build strong rapport with clients through effective communication and empathy Actively listen to client needs and concerns Proactively follow up with clients to address concerns and ensure quality in-home services Managing incoming and outbound calls Documentation and Process Management Accurately complete detailed forms Ensure compliance within industry regulations Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records Maintain a high standard of quality and accuracy in all tasks Maintain Key Performance Metrics Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Social Work or related healthcare degree preferred Minimum of two years related experience in healthcare customer service, social services, care management/case management, or Veterans services. Live in the state of Missouri, within a 50 mile radius of Lake St. Louis. Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
