Responsibilities Define and drive product strategy, roadmap, and long-term investment opportunities that deliver meaningful customer and business impact across AI-powered commerce experiences. Partner closely with Engineering, Applied Science, Data Science, Design, and Product Marketing teams to translate customer needs and business objectives into innovative product experiences and technical solutions. Lead end-to-end product development, from concept and requirements through launch and iteration, ensuring high-quality execution and measurable outcomes. Influence and align stakeholders across organizations, building consensus and driving decisions that accelerate product innovation at scale. Use customer insights, usability research, data, and performance metrics to identify opportunities, validate hypotheses, and continuously improve the product experience. Qualifications Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree AND 12+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience. 2+ years experience leading cross functional product teams across advertising, privacy, search, conversational AI, or generative AI 6+ years experience improving product metrics for a product, feature, or experience in a market (e.g., growing customer base, expanding customer usage, avoiding customer churn). 5+ years experience with data analytics and experimentation tools with working knowledge of SQL and coding skills (Python, Javascript).
