Key Responsibilities: Assist Guests with Activity Planning: Help guests schedule and book a variety of activities, ensuring they make the most of their stay at the resort. Provide Local Insights: Share your knowledge of the property and surrounding area, recommending activities that cater to guests’ interests and preferences. Communicate Effectively: Maintain clear and friendly communication with guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and informed about all available options. Coordinate with Team Members: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless execution of activities and events, enhancing the overall guest experience.
