Our goal is to create a welcoming, comfortable experience for every patient while delivering high-quality dentistry using modern technology.### What You'll DoAs a Dental Assistant at Hometown Dental, you will play an important role in supporting our doctors and providing an excellent patient experience. Responsibilities include:* Assisting the dentist during a wide range of dental procedures* Preparing and maintaining treatment rooms and instruments* Taking dental X-rays and assisting with digital imaging* Sterilizing instruments and maintaining infection-control standards* Providing compassionate chairside support and patient education* Helping patients feel comfortable and confident throughout their visits* Preparing materials and instruments for restorative and surgical procedures* Maintaining accurate clinical documentation* Supporting the dental team with day-to-day clinical needs### What We're Looking For* Previous dental assisting experience preferred* Dental assisting certification/credentials as required by Michigan regulations* Strong understanding of infection control and sterilization procedures* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Warm, friendly, and professional personality* Dependable, organized, and able to work effectively in a team* Comfortable working in a fast-paced dental environment* Commitment to providing exceptional patient care### Why Join Hometown Dental?At Hometown Dental, we believe patients should feel like family.
