The studio

We’re a fully remote, global team! We encourage you to work when you are most productive within the constraints of project work or meetings. Keep in mind that due to the nature of our business, we can’t promise a rigid 9-5 schedule in your local timezone but we always plan ahead and prioritize your well-being.
As a global team with asynchronous schedules, effective communication is critical to our collective success. At a minimum, we require* team members to possess an active command of the English language (the equivalent of a B2 level on the

CEFR scale ).
The Role

As Senior Front-end Developer, you are well-versed in blockchain fundamentals and experienced in smart contracts and subgraphs. In this role, you’ll collaborate with UX/UI and design teams to bridge the gap between visual design and technical implementation, maximizing opportunities to improve the end product and setting the pace for the next wave of Web3 experiences. Youll optimize designs for speed and usability on various platforms while working with our designers to maintain graphic standards and brand consistency. On a day-to-day basis, you’ll develop visual elements, mockups, and prototypes into functional digital experiences while maintaining a clean codebase that’s easy to navigate. Qualified candidates also have experience with design tools and a keen eye for great interfaces and smooth, user-friendly user experiences.

The opportunity

Employ your knowledge of responsive web design principles to develop intuitive web3 experiences (websites, applications, etc), ensuring flawless performance across different devices and browsers.
Lead the design and implementation of the applications, building integrations with backend and smart contracts
Collaborate with internal and external talent in a global setting (various time zones), to design functional, cohesive code that enhances the user’s experience within project timelines.
Independently manage your own process, work queue, and quality, proactively engaging project team members regarding requirements and deadlines.
Drive efficiency and scale through improvement and/or automation.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, continuously documenting and implementing new development processes that contribute to the development of coding standards and improve the output of our development lifecycle.
Participate in presentations with client stakeholders on project progress and support in the delivery of features and functionality.
Enhance our work by evaluating and adopting emerging front-end technologies.
Your experience

A portfolio reflecting a minimum of 3 years experience, demonstrating an intermediate to expert knowledge of web accessibility standards including digital product references (specifically web work) and documented code source.
Established proficiency in Wagmi.js, Next.js, Web3.js, and Tailwind with experience in version control systems and libraries (e.g., Git, Webpack, Bootstrap).
Established expertise in subgraphs and smart contracts; a foundation in Blockchain technology is required with a drive to stay engaged with advancements.
Established proficiency in React for building complex, scalable component interfaces.
Experience with cross-browser & device testing .
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills with the ability to maintain an attention to detail across multiple projects operating in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
Excellent communication, problem solving, interpersonal, and analytical skills with the ability to take and provide constructive feedback.
Basic understanding of design tools, such as Figma, Sketch, and Photoshop. Experience with Linear, Notion, and Airtable a plus.
