Lead RBT ABA Therapy Mentor (Afternoon Shift)

D & M Behavioral Solutions in Davie, FL is seeking a Senior Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to lead ABA sessions, mentor other RBTs, and help grow our field leadership. This is a full- or part-time role with afternoon shifts (2pm–7pm) and a direct track to Lead RBT, with compensation based on experience and credentials. You will run sessions under BCBA direction, model procedures for teammates, cover high-need cases, and assist with shadowing and data collection. #J-18808-Ljbffr
