Lennar's Future Builders Program is designed for highly motivated early career professionals seeking to launch their careers. Participants will develop essential interpersonal and technical skills while working alongside seasoned professionals in a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture. Through structured onboarding, hands‑on training, and professional development, Future Builders will contribute to impactful projects and gain deep exposure to key areas across Lennar. High-performing participants may have the opportunity to transition into full‑time roles upon program completion. The Corporate track is a one‑year, developmental program for recent graduates that prepares participants for careers in core business operations. The start date for the program will be June 2027. Job Responsibilities Future Builder - Digital Content - Independently catalogue and maintain digital content assets Manage vendor relationships and contracts (Matterport, Virtuance, BoxBrownie) Maintain naming conventions, metadata, and content rights documentation Oversee content workflows for photography, renders, architectural illustrations, and community plans Conduct periodic content audits Procure and review stock photography licenses Maintain national digital content organization and workflows Qualifications Current senior or recent graduate between May 2026 and May 2027. Digital asset management experience preferred Microsoft Office Suite proficiency Vendor management and contract coordination experience Project management skills Meticulous attention to detail and problem‑solving ability Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. Curious, proactive, and comfortable asking questions to learn and grow. Strong communication and problem‑solving skills, with the confidence to engage in real business discussions. Positive, adaptable mindset with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities. Upon program completion, the Company will decide whether to offer high-performing RCGs a regular full-time position within similar roles under these verticals, based on factors such as job performance and business needs. It is important to note that placement in the Company post‑program is not guaranteed.
