Position Overview

FULL & PART TIME Available

We are seeking an Early Childhood Teacher who can create a structured, engaging, and nurturing classroom environment while supporting children’s development through play-based, research-driven learning.

This is a team-oriented role for someone who:
✔ Shows up consistently
✔ Takes initiative
✔ Brings positive energy into the classroom
✔ Can manage a classroom with confidence

What You’ll Do
Implement hands-on lesson plans (Reggio + Montessori inspired)
Support language development (English, Spanish exposure, sign language encouraged)
Create a safe, organized, and engaging classroom environment
Build strong relationships with children and families
Maintain compliance with Texas Child Care Licensing (CCL) standards
Use Brightwheel for communication and documentation

✅ Requirements
Experience working with children (childcare, preschool, or related field)
High school diploma or GED
Ability to pass background check
Reliable transportation
Strong classroom management skills
Must be dependable, attendance matters here
