Job Responsibilities

• Craft Personalized Rehabilitation Plans: Assess patients' challenges and formulate tailored therapy approaches to help them attain their functional aspirations.
• Deliver Evidence-Based Therapeutic Techniques: Implement proven practices to enhance patients' physical capabilities, cognitive skills, and activities of daily living.
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Engage closely with OTs, PTs, STs, medical practitioners, and nursing staff to provide integrated, comprehensive care.
• Guide Patients and Their Families: Instruct patients and caregivers in therapeutic procedures that foster continuous progress at home.
• Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical developments and refine treatment plans as necessary to keep patients aligned with their goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Encouragement and support for ongoing education or post-graduate certifications.

Certifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification mandatory.
