HIV/STI Prevention Specialist - Testing & Outreach

Vivent Health

Vivent Health in Chicago, IL is seeking a Prevention Specialist to provide anonymous testing for HIV, HCV, syphilis, and other STIs, and to offer prevention education within a harm-reduction framework. You will engage priority populations such as gay/bisexual men, trans communities, and PWID, delivering counselling and referrals as needed. Our team values equity, dignity, and access, and will support you with interdisciplinary collaboration, data tracking, and community engagement initiatives. #J-18808-Ljbffr Vivent Health
