Instruct patients and families on safe use of assistive devices and proper transfer techniques. Provide patient and family education regarding therapy procedures based on individual needs. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care. Compliance / Notes Must meet mandatory continuing education requirements. Apply infection control and universal precautions during patient care activities.
