Plaintiff Litigation Paralegal - Tampa, FL

A confidential, nationally established plaintiff‑side firm is seeking an experienced litigation paralegal to join its team in the greater Tampa Bay area. The firm focuses exclusively on representing individuals and families in asbestos and toxic‑exposure matters — work that is both legally rigorous and genuinely meaningful for the clients it serves. This is an excellent opportunity for a paralegal who wants to do substantive, case‑critical work on the plaintiff side, alongside experienced attorneys and investigators, with strong resources and a collaborative, respectful culture. The Role You will be a core member of a litigation team, supporting cases from initial client intake through settlement and trial. Day to day, you will build and maintain medical and employment record chronologies, assist with product identification and exposure development, draft and file pleadings and discovery, prepare deposition and trial materials and exhibits, and help manage settlement and trust‑claim documentation. You will work directly with attorneys, clients, and outside experts, and stay organized across deadlines and filings in Florida state and federal courts. What We Are Looking For Prior litigation paralegal experience, ideally on the plaintiff side (personal injury, mass tort, toxic tort, or medical/products litigation) Strength in medical‑records review and building chronologies Command of the full case lifecycle: pleadings, discovery, e‑filing, deposition and trial prep Excellent organization, attention to detail, and written communication A paralegal certificate and/or equivalent experience; Notary Public a plus This is an in‑office role based in the Tampa Bay area Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience, with strong benefits.
