Position/Specialty: MS/Tele RN Shift: 3x12s, Nights, 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM Patient Ratios: 1:5-6 Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend On-call Requirement: No Will need to float within scope or between like units: Yes First-timers accepted: Yes Special Requirements: Tele competency required, previous charge experience preferred, community hospital experience preferred Facility Highlights: Type of Facility: Acute Care Magnet / Teaching / Level Trauma: Level III Trauma Total Staffed Beds: 286 Charting System: Epic Job Requirements & Qualifications Preferred Years of Experience: 2 Local Radius: 60 miles Patient Age Groups: Adults, Geriatrics Daily Census: 36 Additional Unit Information: Interdisciplinary Support: Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, Phlebotomy, Social Services, Rapid Response Teams, Pharmacy Special Procedures/Unit Details: Various medical diagnoses including Diabetes, HTN, CAD, Seizure, CVA, TIA, CRD Attention: Travelers should be aware that during hurricane season, all employees may be assigned to emergency response teams. All labs must be completed promptly to ensure compliance. Modules are included in the non-billable hours, which need to be completed pre-start.
