Marketing Coordinator

The National Register of Health Service Psychologists is seeking an energetic and motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our 12-person team. This position is an integral part of the organization, collaborating with marketing and programmatic staff to drive recruitment and retention, marketing planning, metrics reporting, social media outreach, and other development activities. A successful applicant will have the skills to achieve the primary responsibilities and assume ownership of developing and maintaining a comprehensive and integrated marketing strategy for the organization. Primary Responsibilities: Plan, write, and execute communication campaigns to members, prospective members, and other stakeholders. Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to increase recruitment and retention. Design social media graphics, advertisements, flyers, and brochures. Prepare and send a monthly e-newsletter. Coordinate social media efforts including posts, outreach, and advertising. Track and report marketing, communications, and membership data. Promote member benefit access and utilization to members, prospective members, and other stakeholders. Other duties as assigned. Requirements: Education/Work Experience At least two years of relevant work experience in marketing/communications, customer service, and/or client relationship development. Ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities while working independently in a fast-paced environment. Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask. Proficiency in Excel, Active Campaign, Salesforce, social media platforms, and Slack. Curiosity and the ongoing pursuit of enhancing the impact of the organization. Professional and friendly demeanor. Interest in collaborating with colleagues and participating as a team player. This is a fully remote position with work hours between 9:00am-5:00pm ET.
