Company Description The Sookiassian Firm is a Las Vegas-based law firm focused on personal injury and business law, serving clients throughout Clark County, including Las Vegas, Henderson, and North Las Vegas. The firm represents individuals and families in car, truck, motorcycle, and slip-and-fall accidents, as well as other injury matters arising from negligence. In addition, the firm supports businesses with entity formation, contract drafting and review, partnership and operating agreements, real estate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, business disputes, and outside general counsel services. Personal injury clients receive free consultations, and cases are handled on a contingency fee basis, meaning clients pay no legal fees unless the firm secures a recovery. The team is committed to providing attentive, results-driven legal representation tailored to each client’s needs.
Role Description This is a full-time, remote Case Manager role based in Las Vegas, NV. The Case Manager will support attorneys in managing personal injury case files from intake through resolution, including gathering client information, obtaining medical records and bills, and organizing evidence and documentation. Daily responsibilities include answering calls, communicating with clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and other parties; scheduling appointments; tracking treatment progress; and keeping case management systems updated. The Case Manager will assist in drafting correspondence and summaries, assisting with demand packages, and organizing documents for negotiations, mediation, or litigation. The role also involves monitoring deadlines, maintaining accurate and confidential records, and helping ensure that clients are informed and supported throughout the legal process.
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Case management and legal support skills, including experience handling personal injury files, managing deadlines, and organizing large volumes of documents.
- Client service and communication skills, with the ability to explain processes clearly, maintain professionalism, and interact with clients, providers, and insurers in a respectful, responsive manner.
- Administrative and organizational skills, including proficiency with case management software, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), data entry, and file management.
- Attention to detail and analytical skills to review medical records, identify missing information, and assist in preparing accurate summaries and demand packages.
- Time management and multitasking skills to handle multiple cases, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced law firm environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with sensitive information in compliance with firm policies and applicable laws.
- Previous experience in a personal injury or litigation law firm is preferred; familiarity with Nevada personal injury procedures is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., legal studies, criminal justice, business) is a plus.
