Human Resources Business Partner

To support a rapidly growing organization, the remote Human Resources Business Partner will drive organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and talent development while serving as a strategic partner to business leaders and managing core HR programs. Key responsibilities Align talent and organizational strategies with business objectives, leading workforce planning and employee development initiatives Provide expert guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and compliance with employment laws and company policies Design and deliver leadership development programs and team effectiveness initiatives to enhance collaboration and performance Required qualifications Bachelor's degree with 15 years, Master's degree with 12 years, or PhD with 8 years of relevant experience in HR or organizational development 10+ years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Management, or Organizational Development, preferably in biotech or life sciences Experience supporting global HR programs and managing employee relations issues in a complex environment Familiarity with DISC training and related behavioral frameworks for leadership development Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage sensitive information discreetly
