RPh on the Go is seeking two skilled Pharmacists to join a high‑volume LTC mail‑order pharmacy team. 

This role is ideal for pharmacists who thrive in a fast‑paced environment, value accuracy, and enjoy supporting the unique needs of long‑term care residents. 

Strong performance during the 13‑week assignment may lead to a direct‑hire opportunity.

Key Responsibilities :

• Review and interpret physician orders for accuracy, clinical appropriateness, and patient safety.
• Dispense medications according to prescriptions and LTC standards, ensuring precision in a high‑volume mail‑order workflow.
• Maintain and update patient medication profiles to reflect current therapy.
• Monitor therapeutic responses and identify, prevent, or resolve drug‑related problems for LTC residents.
• Conduct medication regimen reviews to ensure safety, efficacy, and compliance with LTC regulations.
• Provide drug information and education to caregivers, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and adjust individualized care plans.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state pharmacy laws, LTC standards, and documentation requirements.
• Perform data‑management tasks such as verifying orders, managing workflow queues, and ensuring accurate mail‑order processing.
• Support medication‑management services, including adherence monitoring and addressing therapy issues common in LTC populations.

Requirements :

• Pharmacy experience in Retail or Long‑Term Care settings.
• PharmD preferred (not required).
• Active Massachusetts Pharmacist License required.
