Nuclear Medicine Technologist

Jackson HealthPros is seeking a skilled nuclear medicine technologist to work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team where you'll be responsible for preparing and administering radioactive drugs and operate radiation detection and imaging equipment.

Minimum Requirements

• An associate or bachelor's degree in nuclear medicine technology
• State license and certification to practice nuclear medicine
• BLS certification
• 2 years' experience as a nuclear med tech
• ARRT and CNMT certification
• Ability to work independently
• Experience starting IVs

Assignment Details

• Schedule: Monday through Friday.
• Hours: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
• Weekend call may be required on Saturday and Sunday from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM.
• May be asked to float to other areas.
• Charting system: Cerner.
• Department equipment includes Siemens and D-Spect for cardiac studies.
• Common studies include Cardiac, HIDA, Bone, Gastric, and VQ.
