What we're looking for: Someone responsible for clerical duties and general operations functions within the Quality Assurance department to maintain quality control among various RCB Bank departments.

What you'll do:

• Review output from multiple systems to the documents submitted by branch personnel and various departments throughout the bank. This includes but is not limited to New Accounts, Image Processing, Account Services maintenance, Call Center and setup maintenance, ATM setup and maintenance, online banking setup and maintenance.
• Give input for best practices as it relates to current data input procedures, or the documents used for data input.
• Log and verify multiple policy violations with complete accuracy.

What you must have:

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong MS Excel, Word, and Outlook skills

• Previous banking experience
• Previous customer service experience
