Supply Chain Technician

Respond to service tickets and requests by adding vendors in RTX’s enterprise database Verify supplier information against backup documentation and approvals Maintain and update vendor master information based on service requests Conduct screenings and validation as required or requested Communicate supplier-status information, including bankruptcy and debarment, to stakeholders Compile and send monthly vendor-activity reports to stakeholders Assist with process-improvement and other special projects Work in a high-volume, fast-paced, team-oriented, metric-driven environment focused on individual and team performance Requirements High school diploma, GED or equivalent with a minimum of two years’ relevant experience 2+ years of experience working with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel Experience working under pressure in a fast paced, dynamic environment Experience with SAP or other ERP systems (preferred) Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized (preferred) Ability to work independently and as a member of a team to achieve goals (preferred) Ability to multitask and demonstrate flexibility to easily move between tasks (preferred) U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract Must reside near Santa Isabel, Puerto Rico Ability to work with written work instructions available in English only Core Competencies Demonstrates strong organizational skills and attention to detail while managing vendor information and service requests in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
