The State of New Hampshire, Department of Education, Division of Workforce Innovation & Bureau of Vocational Rehabilitation has a part time vacancy for a Secretary II.

1.5 Years of additional relevant experience = Associate's Degree

3 Years of additional relevant experience = Bachelor's Degree

4.5 Years additional relevant experience = Master's Degree

SCOPE OF WORK: To provide secretarial and clerical support to staff of the Bureau of Vocational Rehabilitation through the utilization and operation of word and data processing systems according to standard operation procedures.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Answers and screens telephone calls and reroutes calls to appropriate personnel.

Utilizes word and data process systems to enter, correct and print correspondence and reports

Enters customer information into agency case management system

Retrieves and updates materials for final copy and prints documents.

Gathers information to compile, prepare and track data reports.

Provides support to Vocational Rehabilitation counselors.

Coordinates with various community organizations to arrange appointments for Vocational Rehabilitation counselors.

Sorts and distributes agency mail.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: High school diploma or high school equivalency credential. Each additional year of approved formal education may be substituted for one year of required work experience.

Experience: Two years' experience in a secretarial position, one year of which shall have been at the level of Secretary I or its equivalent.
