Onsite | Farmington, Ct and surrounding area | Full-Time | Monday-Friday: 9:00 AM-5:30 PM Position Overview We are seeking a Health Information Specialist to support front desk operations and Release of Information (ROI) services at a single onsite healthcare location. This is a patient-facing role that plays a critical part in ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant handling of medical record requests. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with patients, is detail-oriented, and is looking for long-term growth opportunities within a healthcare organization .
