Sales Representative - Joint Replacement - Burlington, Vermont

Field-based sales representative position promoting orthopedic joint replacement products to hospitals and surgical centers in Vermont. Responsibilities include developing customer relationships, conducting product demonstrations in operating rooms, achieving sales targets, and providing on-call technical support.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand existing customer accounts through relationship building and service delivery
• Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities to exceed territory sales targets
• Conduct product evaluations and demonstrations in operating rooms and clinical settings
• Provide product training and education to surgeons, nurses, and operating room staff
• Maintain sample inventory compliance and participate in industry events and conferences

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or minimum 4 years clinical healthcare/sales experience
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
• Knowledge of sales techniques, marketing strategies, and product demonstrations
• Valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Medical device sales experience preferred
• Orthopedic joint replacement product expertise preferred

Compensation: 100% commission with bonuses and benefits eligible
