Job Description

A-Line Staffing is hiring a Clinical Data Review Pharmacist (Onsite) in West Jordan, UT!This is Full-Time 40 hours per week.

Highlights:

Location: West Jordan, UT 84084 (Onsite – must reside locally)
Pay Rate: $65/hr
This is a contract with potential to extend and be converted directly based on attendance, performance, and business needs.

Schedule Options:

1. Sun-Thurs 1-9pm
2. Sun 3-11pm & Mon - Thurs 1-9pm

Position Summary

We are seeking a licensed Clinical Data Review Pharmacist to join our team in West Jordan, UT. This is a non-retail, onsite pharmacy role focused on prescription order processing, clinical verification, and patient/provider consultations. You will work in a centralized pharmacy location, supporting programs that enhance patient health outcomes, medication adherence, and prescription accuracy .

Required Qualifications

BS in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
Active Pharmacist License (RPh)
Minimum 1 year of pharmacy experience
