Key Responsibilities As our Service Supervisor , you will successfully drive the service business operations for your territory while working in collaboration with your customer and peers. Your mission is to promote a positive culture surrounded by accomplishing safety and quality goals to achieve customer satisfaction and profitable business results. Qualifications & Experience 2+ years of relevant maintenance expertise. Supervisory experience, ideally leading a union represented workforce. Compensation Annual Base Pay Range: $105,100 – $138,000. Compensation package will depend on ability to meet role requirements and factors such as skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location. Variable Compensation: KONE Annual Bonus plan at 15% Target Incentive (50/50) based on achievement of company goals and individual goals.
