Were looking for a Branch Manager Park Road Charlotte NC to lead our branch to new levels of success. Youll have the opportunity to inspire a team grow member relationships drive results and create an exceptional financial experience for the people we serve.

What Youll Do

Lead & Inspire: Coach develop and motivate a high-performing team.
Drive Growth: Achieve goals for deposits memberships lending business services and referrals.
Build Relationships: Connect with members local businesses and community partners.
Create Exceptional Experiences: Champion outstanding member service and resolve concerns with a solutions-focused approach.
Think Strategically: Analyze performance identify opportunities and implement strategies that drive results.
Lead with Integrity: Ensure branch operations follow credit union policies procedures and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

What You Bring

Leadership or supervisory experience; financial services experience preferred.
Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong communication relationship-building coaching and problem-solving skills.
A passion for helping people achieve their financial goals.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to multitask make sound decisions and lead in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems.
Ability to obtain an NMLS license.
