Email & CRM Specialist

ABOUT THE ROLE We're hiring an Email & CRM Specialist to own CRM end-to-end, from analysis and strategy to execution. This is a hands‑on role where analytical thinking, creativity, and results matter equally. You’ll support multiple brands under LAGOM, with a strong focus on WEDAY—our primary brand known for premium, modular smoking accessories that blend function, aesthetics, and self‑expression. You’ll manage campaigns, flows, segmentation, and retention across email, SMS, and VIP program — using data to drive what we do next, and executing it. PORTFOLIO is a plus. WHAT YOU’LL DO Main responsibility: Data Analytics & Strategy — Monitor performance, report on results, and turn findings into action List & Segmentation — Grow the list and build/maintain clean, effective segments Flow Automation — Build and maintain automated flows across the customer lifecycle Deliverability — Keep sender health strong so campaigns actually land Customer Retention — Run VIP, referral, and win‑back programs to keep customers engaged Email Campaign — Plan, write, design, and send email campaigns Secondary role: SMS Campaign — Plan and execute SMS campaigns alongside email Support ideation and creation of visual assets for CRM content Stay current on Klaviyo features, relevant AI tools, and email/SMS best practices to keep improving performance and efficiency REQUIREMENTS 2-5 years of hands‑on CRM/lifecycle marketing experience in DTC or ecommerce, ideally specialized in email marketing Proficiency in Klaviyo at a hands‑on level, including flows, segmentation, campaigns, and deliverability Strong analytical mindset — comfortable pulling and interpreting performance data and turning it into an action plan Understanding of customer segmentation and lifecycle stages Working proficiency in Canva for email/SMS creative Basic understanding of layout, typography, visual hierarchy, and brand systems Strong copywriting skills for email/SMS content Detail‑oriented Able to work across multiple brands, each with a distinct visual identity and tone of voice AI‑savvy: comfortable using tools like ChatGPT for content/copy ideation and Claude for building workflows and interpreting datasets BENEFITS Salary Range: $28–$36/hour, depending on experience and skill set Comprehensive health insurance support Retirement plan PTO accrual Employee discounts on products Performance-based bonuses #J-18808-Ljbffr Nashville Public Radio
